Eligibility for Returns

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Tags intact and original packaging included
Not a sale or discounted item (final sale items are not eligible for return)

Exchange — Swap your item for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability)
Store Credit — Receive the full value as store credit to use on your next purchase

Please note: We do not offer direct cash refunds at this time.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page
Share your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item
Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days with next steps
Once approved, ship the item back to us (return shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full store credit at no additional cost to you.
